Organic Orbit

Sourcing, creating, and eating food that is provided by nature.The Organic Orbit concept was started by Phil Thyen in 1998 when he founded the casual eatery Organic Orbit in Denver. In 2007 he moved the concept to Boulder, expanding it to elegant dining in the evening along with casual daytime fare. Organic Orbit takes the Birkenstocks out of organic food, and the stuffiness out of fine dining, all with a mission of reconnecting with nature through food. A true departure from the traditional restaurant paradigm, Organic Orbit is dedicated to making a difference on the planet.

V.G. Burgers

One of the first organic quick-serve restaurants, V.G. Burgers brings new meaning to “fast food offering a 100% good-for-you, delicious meal in a familiar, friendly setting.V.G. Burgers’ commitment goes beyond healthy ingredients. All of V.G.’s packaging comes from vegetable sources and is compostable. V.G. Burgers also runs on wind power and continually strives to achieve the goal of zero waste.
